1. It can be caued by addon override inside your template.
2. What SPPB Pro you already installed: 3.8.x, 4.0.10 or 5.0.0 RC1 ?

Make a simple test, switch template to different one, make it default for 3min and check that addon again.

Forgot to mention: This was working fine when using the lite version before...

For sure you have to update to 4.0.11 and I would consider using SPPB 5.0 RC1.

SPPB 4.0x project will be ended in next month.

Both SPPB 4.0 Free(Lite) and Pro have that same Feature addon. Or at least should have. You can make a simple "test" and override from Lite to your website.

From file com_sppagebuilder_free_v4.0.11.zip - extract folder "site\addons\feature

and upload (FTP) folder "feature" to your website here: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons

I first upgraded to 4.0.11 -> same problem Replaced feature addon from lite version -> same problem Upgrade to 5.0 RC1 I also tried, but then nothing is working anymore. Only a page stating that something went wrong came up...

There is an uncaught exception in /components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/vendors.js

I hope you were smart and you made backup of your website, right? If not (!) - ask hosting support for backup - and recover website from back-up.

Keep SPPB 4.0.11 by now, and share access to admin area after, I will check.

But in Image addon were you be able to change image?

Yes I did a backup. So site is working, but also for Image addon or if I click on the Media Widget I got the same error. Right now I deactivated all caching etc. but nothing helps

Please check from different browser - just in case - Firefox, Opera, Safari, Brave

Thanks for access, sorry 4 delay - you have problem even in Joomla Media (native core component, screenshots below). I wasn't able to preview, upload any file nor create a new folder. This is NOT normal Joomla behavior. Please search or ask on forum.joomla.org - how to solve, then I guess problem will be solved everywhere, in all extensions.

Something is locking that basic features, maybe .htaccess rule or hosting security settings? It's not problem caused by our products this time, I hope you understand.

On test subdomain install clean Joomla 4x (no .htaccess !) and make tests as well.

thanks for checking the issue, but this is the CORS Check. Unfortunately I pasted the wrong link with www. in the link. If you remove the www subdomain, creation of subfolders in Media component is working. Could you please try again?

I still cannot upload any file thru Joomla Media component. The error message is about "Same Origin Policy"

1. Please as I said before ask on forum.joomla.org + check google.de + ask hosting support
2. Install also Joomla on test subdomain to check, this time without .htaccess
