I did that before I sent this request.

Now I tried to copy the entire template from the Quickstart Pack - Joomla 4 and the error persists.

There must be a bug in the Shaper_travelia template because when I switch to the Cassiopeia or Shaper_helixultimate template the website works.

So I tried using the Nia AI and got the answer below which works.

Nia: To fix this issue, please download the Helix3 template package (free template) from here. From that package, extract and copy the file template\html\modmenu\default.php. Then, use the FTP tool or File Manager from cPanel and override the file templates\shapertravelia\html\modmenu\default.php. If you don't have access to the FTP tool or File Manager from cPanel
