Getting 404 Page Not Found On Sp Pagebuilder Module

Hi,

I am getting a "page not found" error 404 when I try to edit sp pagebuilder module - bottom1.

The url is displayed as:

https://jaiks.ca/component/sppagebuilder/edit/55?extension=mod_sppagebuilder&extension_view=module

This module is in position "bottom1" on the helix ultimate template and is assigned to all pages.

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Initial solution is login first front end then click on edit button from your module.

Note: Provide me the database access.

hi, I was logged into both front end and back end, but I will try again. I am taking a full backup of the website now.

It seems to be working now. Was there an issue in the database? Also, can you explain the cause of the issue?
