Form Builder Not Sending Emails

Good Day,
I have the same issue on a few of my websites. I used the SP Page Builder Form Builder - it's not sending the email when I use a custom email address on thefront-end, it only sends with a web based email address (google,yahoo,icloud,etc.)
Please advise.

Which kind of email does not work? Can you share an example? I am not getting the issue.

If I use my personalised email address for example: [email protected], it's not sending the form's email, although it shows "Message sent succesfully". a web based email address (google,yahoo,icloud,etc.), the form's email are sent and received succesfully.
