Luxyort - Page Builder 3.8.10

Hi,
We'd like to use the Luxyort template, but the latest version does not seem to work with Page Builder 3.8.10 (you get errors on the front end such as 'Attempt to assign property "row_id" on null').
I'm sorry but we don't use the front end editor, so Page Builder 4 does not work for us or for our clients. Unfortutately, when we install Page Builder 3.8.10 after installing the latest version of the Luxyort template (version 2.0.1) the site breaks. Is it possible for us to get the previouse version of the the template (verion 2.0.1) which I belive uses Page Builder SP Page Builder v3.7.15, or could you reccomend a fix?

Thanks for getting back to me. We have solved this issue by using a different template - the 'Pitech' template. We actually had the same problem with this template when we installed the latest template. However, we had an older version of the template on file from a previous project and this is working just fine.
