when i want to modify a page in my website a see the option this is only possible in a version *Pro? But we have the Pagebuilder Agency version? the lagest oe. And i installed the Pagebuilder pro version at the website? See at the link below: https://maastricht-university.eu/pagebuilder

the 2 browser had no message? I did an check of all the cookies and other stuff, now the message is gone.. All the time cookies and temporary files cause troubles.. :(

Hoi Leon,

Sometimes, it sort of Joomla cache - please in Joomla > Clear cache, then clear cache in browser and recheck.

Are you 100% sure that you installed PRO version?

You can always, download zip and reinstall with Pro - just in case.

i Deleted the cache, same result. When i go in het menu i see:

  • Home Dashboard
  • Components
  • SP Page Builder Pro ..

I also did a second install, no result! i checked the email address and license key, no result!

BTW Have you checked from 2nd browser as well? If not, do it.

Please share access to admin area of Joomla, I will take look into.
