AddonsJSON is Not Defined

I am getting a blank screen and when trying to edit a page. All components are updated and I have compression OFF but still get a blank screen and the error in console as follows

I have not heard from you in a few days since posting. In that time, I have found the soution myself with the problem being a few Joomla core files being the issue. By simply "Reinstalling the Joomla Core files" in the system admin, I was able to resolve the issue.
