SPPB 4 - It is Unclear Who Last Edited A SP Pagebuilder Page

Hi dear Joomshaper people,
we have a test site running, and one noticed, that there is no popup notification on the lock icon with the information who last edited a single page.
SPPB3 had a dark popup, when hovering with the mouse on the lock icon, whereas SPPB4 does not provide that information.
Here an example of the difference between v3 & v4
Can you tell me, please if I am looking in the wrong place, or if this is a bug, when it could be expected as fixed?

This feature is only available on SPPB3. It is not available on SPPB 4 and 5. So its not a bug.
