Menu Not Working /#undefined

Hi, I'm using shper_cubi template. The main menu doesn't work, any item I add the link doesn't work and it appears in the address bar https://tifernoservizi.it/#undefined
I tried to create a new menu and insert it in module but it still doesn't work
I tried following your guide. https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/onepage/how-to-disable-onepage-scrolled-links but it still doesn't work

Sorry for your issue and the delayed response.
Did you mean the Privacy menu item there?
I have just checked and there wasn't set the no-scroll custom class in the megamenu tab of the privacy menu item edit window.
