hi,

I have a problem with entering the instragram id/key in the option menu. After entering the data and clicking "save" the fields remain empty.

what could be the reason for this issue?

Hello

Before getting your Access Token you have to register as a developer in Instagram and to receive Client ID.

Please visit https://www.instagram.com/developer and register a new app. You can get Instagram Access Token using Client ID. Copy your new Instagram Client ID then go to this page and paste your Client ID there.

The last step is, go to the Instagram addon settings (SP Page Builder Pro) and copy the Access Token to the input box provided. Then you are ready to display your Instagram Feed on your website

yes, I followed all this steps. My problem is the last step (copy to SP Page Builder addon setting). After copying to the field and click on "save", the fields are emoty again...

Hi Toufiq. Just wondering why did you develop it so difficult? The problem is that many customers are far from the technical features of obtaining tokens, and at the same time are not ready to provide access to their accounts, to obtain a token.

For example, the JUX Instagram Feed is not required it. It is enough just to enter the username and the feed works. Don't you think that this should be easier?

sorry, but I'm a little bit confused what to do... I only want to enter my insta access data, but this isn't possible.

Now I can see the "24655..." that you entered, but when I try to enter my data (see in the hidden information above) I can't save this changes. What can I do?

Thank you very much. Sortry to bother you again, but I have another problem with generating the token. As you can see in the "hidden content" I added all my URLs to the developer.facebook. but after pressing "generate token" here is still only the error message:

"URL kann nicht geladen werden: Die Domain dieser URL ist nicht in den Domains der App vorhanden. Um diese URL laden zu können, füge alle Domains und Subdomains deiner App im Appdomain-Feld in deinen App-Einstellungen hinzu."

translated:

"URL cannot be loaded: The domain of this URL does not exist in the app's domains. To load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app in the Appdomain field in your app settings."

Do you have a hint?
