Problem With BlogMedia After Changing The Php Version To 8.x

After changing the php version from 7.x to 8.x, I can't upload photos in the BlogMedia tab (when adding an article). I add a photo from my computer, but after uploading, the thumbnail is not displayed in the admin panel and on the front page. I tested it on several different sites (Joomla version 4.x and 3.x Helix Ultimate 2.0.13) and different hosting services.
Please help :/

Our Helix Ultimate supports upto PHP 8.1 in Joomla 4 for now. Which template, Joomla and which PHP version combination you are working with actually?

Accepted AnswerHi, currently working on Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 / PHP Version 8.2.7. But I also tested it on 8.0 and 8.1 and I still have this problem.

Please keep Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 / PHP Version 8.0, clear your Joomla and browser cache, and check again.

Thanks for contacting us. Could you please try .png format image? I have also checked on my localhost and it creates the issue when the image is .JPG/ .PNG format. I have already informed our DEV team. They will fix it soon hopefully. Allow us some time please.

Accepted Answerok thanks for your message. After clearing the cache, the photos upload correctly to Joomla 3.10/PHP 8.1. Unfortunately many of my sites run on PHP 8.2+ and the server owner doesn't allow me to downgrade to a lower php version. Is there a chance to update Helix Ultimate in the near future.
