Good morning, I need your help, I have installed the SP Page Builder in my new site but I find that there was a problem with the installation and I do not know how I can solve this problem, I need you to solve it?

Hi Nicola,

in general it will be fixed after upgrade to SPPB 5.0, but by now I can make it OK, but.....

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

so I cannot login into Joomla to correct that.

How many pages you have there? 5-10-15 or more ?

If just a few, please Export them one by one. Then uninstall SPPB and install SPPB again, then import those pages if they will not apear in the list of pages.

It should help.

Maybe from different website export part of database with all prefix-sppagebuilder tables

I mean those which you shared with me: https://ibb.co/ssX1pXT

Use PHPMyAdmin (from cPanel) for Export task, then rename tables prefix to your current one using text editor, then Import those tables to current database.

Probably your database rights are not correcty set that's why component cannot create those tables.

Maybe make full website backup (Akeeba backup), upload .zip or .jpa file somewhere and share link. I will install your site on my server add needed steps and I will share database for you that you will just replace.

I don't know. Can be damaged database.

Maybe first fix database using Joomla tools:

administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=database
