Hello PhoenixGB, Allow us one day to investigate the issue. If we find the issue, we will be able to resolve. We will ask further clarification if needed.

Thanks for your support & appologizing for the experience you are having right now.

Hi Kawshar, I think u need to start to address the issues raised in this forum in a better way, some posts are answered almost immediately and some aren't. From the POV of a user that's question gets ignored it is frustrating.

The comment about support asking for creds, fixing the issue and not explaining it is also annoying to other users, I don't want to have to ask for help, I want to find the answer and do it myself but we can't when solutions aren't provided.

Back to the issue at hand, the template i was using is Ensure, nothing I can do can stop it from using the Manrope font, it seems to be hard coded into the template. I managed to upload my google font of choice and set it in the typography section of the template but EVERYWHERE uses Manrope, super annoying.

I totally agree with you. Well, we had some downs and we believe we have resolved all those issues and now we are back on track. Please allow us little more time to make the support system smoother. The most prioritise thing we are doing right now is to focusing on the quality of our products and Page Builder 5.0 is a result of that. Well, page builder has different data structure which for some cacses created some issues for some users but we are identifying the issues and adding possible solutions but sometimes on some cases it's little hard.

However, for any kind of new installation, you will havce amazin gexperience. But, it's all about custom addons and legacy structure. But, with the every new release, we are trying to identify and add more solid backward compatibility support so that users don't have to adjust the content of their website's pages.

Now, regarding the font, I have tested that the font family you mentioned in nowhere hardcoded in the template scss or css file. You might check on the typography section of Helix Ultimate Framework. From there you might disable and use the desired font you want.

If it's still does not work we will look for other possible solutions.

Thank you

Kawshaw, the fonts show in the typgraphy section but no where else (i did actually upload the font i wanted to fontsquirrel and downloaded a webkit but thats not a usefuf or elegant solution, its a bandaid on a broken leg).

I am puttting my SA creds in the hidden content, go look for yourself, practically given up on this template now!

Look at the default page and the row for Projects What We Did, look at the heading, check the Typography, try and 'one click refresh' the google fonts. The api key is valid.

e.response.data.data is undefined shows, its a mess and totally unusable

I have tested your site and found that you had whitespace on your API key. I have removed the whitespace and now the font book is working. However, we will add the functionality to remove whitespace from the software end.

One more thing, there is an option to "Purge CSS" on the Advanced panel. If CSS change is not applying then you can consider purging CSS or disable Joomla system cache for a while.

Also, I would appreciate if you clarify that on the community group post.

Thank you
