Why is My Contact Form Not Working?

I added a contact form to a website via pagebuilder. It does not work.
What am I doing wrong please?

Accepted Answeron second thought.. configuring php mail function will set email parameters for the whole server right? we have different websites on the same server.. and we cannot use one global email configuration for all websites.. we need to configure individually for this website..
