A User With This ID: 595 Isnt Existing

In the bottom right corner is a light red notification which says, A user with this ID: 595 isnt existing, because i deleted the previous htdocs to install the new Pitech slider. Now the notification is visible on the website for everyone and i cant remove it. Please help me.
