Hello, we bought a license key for Helix 3 and wanted to activate the template for the Pro. However, we do not get an error message nor does activation work. What could be the reason? We need help, please

Hi, Helix3 is free template - so you couldn't buy license for it.

Helix3 doesn't have Pro version as well. This is template framework developed few years back, the new version, also free is named "Helix Ultimate". So I guess, we talk about different extension, SP Page Builder PRO maybe?

Danke für den Zugang zum Admin-Bereich, I saw that you installed Helix3 QuickStart with Template Helix3 and SP Page Builder Lite (free version). Helix3 project is not developed anymore, we publish only fixes for it. Something like Windows 7.

If I may suggest you something:

  1. Download and install Helix Ultimate Quickstart - this is more current template package.
  2. After step 1, download and install SP Page Builder Pro over the lite - preinstalled version. https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
  3. Then read: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/how-to-tips
  • to get know How to insert license key and update.

Of course you can:

  1. Keep helix3 quickstart and just install SP Page Builder Pro over the lite version.
  2. Install Helix Ultimate and uninstall old Helix3 from Joomla.

As you wish.
