How to localize elements?

Not all elements are localized. Where can I find the variables for this instruction?

Hi Dimitry,

Yes, also user from Japan mentioned about that area last week, right now is hard-coded, but we will consider make it translatable. Added to wish-list already.

It will be included in SPPB 5.0.6 update, I saw new admin .ini files.
