Image Not Showing With Addon SPPB5

Hello,
I installed the Gazzate template addon into the Helixultimate template with SPPB v5.0.5 following the instructions of this article: https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/how-to-use-sp-page-builder-addon-from-one-joomla-template-to-another
However the intro image is not showing. I have not found the cause of the error. Please help me.

Accepted AnswerThere might be missing files for the addon. Why don't you use Gazette template instead? It would be easier. I have installed Gazette template and checked the addon is working fine.
