Where is Gone PageBuilder Backend ?

I've installed PageBuilder 5, and it's now working. But I need a sticky-banner on the top of each page - can't find it in you addons.
Do you have it, or do I need to build it myself?

Sorry, SP Page Builder does not have any such addons.

In SPPB 5.0.x is here, just click Pages
And this is Admin (back-end editor) just click on Page name.
There should be no difficulty with this.
Remember to unlock (lock icon) pages - using "Check-out"

As @Ofi Said - We don't have it ... but you can find something similar on Joomla Extension Directory (JED) or hire developer from your city/country to develop that for your project. You always have two options. It all depends on your time, skills and/or budget.
For Joomla there are Sticky Modules where you can put custom content or different module - make quick research on JED.
