Sp Page Builder Forms Don't Work

SP page builder forms not working. It answers that all the mandatory fields must be filled in. The problem is that all the fields are filled in. I have even removed the mandatory check from all the fields and the problem persists. SP Page Builder v. 5.0.8 Joomla version 4.3.3 Php version 8.1.18 http://worldsafaridive.com/destinos/america/ecuador/galapagos-buceo-e-islas
