My site is using sp-Page Buildre Pro with Helix Ultimate template. I am trying to set up the header for full screen and off-canvas and set up the footer as well. I have chosen, in template options, Preset 2 with predefined header "Top Bar" . I am trying to achieve a look similar to https://ottawaoc.ca.

I have custom code to set the text color of the offcanvas menu to be black.

Here are the problems I have encountered and would appreciate some help with:

1..Off-canvas menu -I have set - in menu-> off-canvas maximum level All - however the submenus do not show. How do I get the full main menu to display in off-canvas?

2. in the footer I have a module "thank you" that shows 4 images for the logos of supporters with links to their sites. In the code it is a horizontal list and that is what it shows for the same code on ottawaoc.ca. However, on ottawaotest.ca/oocj4 it continually displays stacked vertically although it has 3/4 of the screen width to display. How can I get these to display horizontally?
