Newsberg Theme And SP Page Builder Pro Don't Work On Joomla 4.3.3

After 2-3 days of work and trying to get Newsberg theme and SP Page Builder Pro to work normally I failed.

After installing QuickStart I got Joomla 4.0.3 version and SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.15 version which work until the moment you try to edit something on the page created by SP Page Builder live. Then it does not accept the changes, which means that there is a bug and incompatibility.

I updated SP Page Builder Pro to version 5.0.8 and I can't open it as a component anymore, I get a white page. The front page is no longer working. I then updated Joomla to 4.3.3. and the same thing.

OK I'm back to the beginning. I upgraded QuickStart, then upgraded Joomla to 4.3.3. I have kept SP Page Builder Pro on the 3.7.15 version it is running on. I got an error on home page 0 count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given.
Does the theme and SP Page Builder Pro not support Joomla on 4.3.3 and why I have problem with SP Page Builder Pro on 5.0.8 version? Why do I have a white page in the backend?

There was a simple issue in this file:
templates/newsberg/html/mod_login/default.php
It will not happen again. I have fixed it.

after that I upload logo on Template options and I got error: Default Layout File is Not Exists!
Now I lost top bar, logo and menu...
I try to create more layouts and test and this is same.
What is problem with this template?

Accepted AnswerThis Helix framework does not seem to work with PHP 8.0. When I downgraded to version 7.4 it worked. I hope that support for 8.0 will be provided soon.
