Sorry to say that, I could not understand your issue. Where and how SP Page Builder Pro asks you to install k2?

K2 is a third party extension. May I have a screenshot or screencast of that, please?

we don't suppport K2 anymore, and we won't. And we never had K2 addon to be honest, only K2 integration. if we're already talking about details.

For the simple reason that there is little chance that the K2 project will receive support for Joomla 4, and Joomla 5 in next few months. All smart webmasters (that I know) have long since migrated content from K2 to Articles. My thoughts are that it's the last call to do it.

Rashida, When I select Articles addon I can select K2 as a source. On Joomla 4 it doesn't work because of K2 does not support it yet.

Paul, Thank you, I've read K2 opinion of Joomla versions and the cause why it is not available yet for Joomla 4 users.

I agree that we have to remove it from Articles addon in one of upcoming updates.

We waited to remove this option, but as you can see, nothing has changed in the K2 project, only empty promises :(
