I think, you have used header or separator type menu for your megamenu items that has childs, that is why you are facing issue.

Hi Rashida, in megamenu i use urls that ends with # symbol. Picture in above link is from older version of Helix framevork because i don't see it on my site? I can't set off-canvas menu to show all items?
