Helix Ultimate | Missing Configuration Items

I am using Helix Ultimate 2.0.14 on one of my websites. For some reason there are options missing in the Helix menu, when i compare them with my other website, and compared to the documentation. To name a few
- In Basic > Presets I only have 2 presets, instead of 8
- In Basic > Header only 2 headers, instead of 8
- In Basic > Logo, Logo Custom Link is missing.
- Navigation > Off Canvas, only has Left or Right to choose from. In the documentaiton there are at least 7 more options to set.
My other site uses Helix Ultimate 2.0.13 and does not have this problem. I'd like to understand why this is happening. Is it related to the template I am using? Thanks! Edgar

Documenation is for raw Helix Ultimate, and you have template based on it. Keynote template were made before we created those advanced features for Helix. And that's the whole secret.
They cannot be updated/added by Helix plugin update, changes in template php files are needed.
