How to customize properties of modules in Mega Menu?

For example, when I drag a Joomla module into the Mega Menu, I cannot select a specific Joomla module afterwards.

I click on a blue plus to add a module from the module list to the Mega Menu.

The selected module is added to the Mega Menu.

How can I change the parameters of the added module now? For example, if I don't want to see the "latest posts" module, but the "most read posts" module?

In Page Builder, I can open the parameters of a Joomla module, for example, to select another module (see screenshot). This does not work in the Mega menu.
