Unable To Save Edits On Backend

Hello I can save edits on the front end using your editor in assocaition with the Joomla editor but in the backend, the save page icon just spins. Previous requests to support responded with https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/faq-problems-solutions#i-cannot-save-changes I have looked at that and think I meet all of these so the cause would be something else. FYI, I am hosted on Siteground so using a reliable host. The website is 12faces.business. Latest Joomla template: both Helix and Varista installed.
FYI, when i click SP Pagebuilder pro/ pages/new/page templates that pops a white box and the icon in that just spins as well as the 'save' icon for any new row I put in. The default template was set to Helix

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. After investigation, i think the problem is somehow the page builder resource can't load properly. Please check it in your localhost via following the video instructions and let me know if it works in your localhost.

Thank you but these two links are to Akeeba set up so I dont see how that relates to the local host issue. Please explain what I am looking for if these are the links you meant to send. Thanks

Thank you. I did not realize what you want. FYI, aftger a long day I found that the developer had left the "live site" variable in the configuration.php file set to the wrong site. As soon as I fixed that, your software worked perfectly. Thanks for your help with what turned out to be a completley different cause not related to your product.
