If I may:

  1. PHP version ?
  2. Database version / type ?
  3. Make a test, change default template to different one and check again.

You are using template et_joomite built in March 2015 (6 years ago) based on Helix3 - so there is possibility that its developer (envaxo . com) overriden some of SPPB code.
