Thanks you for your answer. I set php to 7.3 and it did not help, then to 7.2 that did not help either.

I also followed your youtube tutorial. But it does not help.

One question I have is: The reply e-mail in the form is the adres where the mail should go to. In this case [email protected] The joomla configuration has also [email protected] as main e-mail adres. We recieve mail when we test the mail function by the way in the standaard joomla server config page. So can the reply to and the from adres be the same in your Form, or are we making a mistake here?

Another question, we thought Helix is the base of your whole platform on which al your templates are build?? If so why do we have to use an outdated PHP version to make the mailform work? Do you have a recommendation to which template of yours we could switch, that won't brake our design but is up to date in everything?

I really hope you can help us out, our email is a really important thing on our site.

We our former site build with Joomshaper 2 everything worked fine using the rental template... So we hope you can help us out with this one as wel!!

Hi,

We checked some more, installed the travus Quickstart version on our the server of our Live site and indeed the Contact form works. I guess your developers know why the mailform works for this template and not for the Helix template. But maybe it's would be a small change for them to make it work, our to give advice as to with what template we could swap out the helix template and keep more or less the same appearance. We really do need the mail functionality and if we could achieve that with a minimum of hassle that we be nice!!
