Helix3 - Shaper

so, i have a problem with a website showing 0 Cannot use object of type stdClass as array
ive tried lowering php which did not work
apparently this is a known problem however i now cant login obviously to update.
i think i need to update helix3 with the latest version and it shows as shaper_helix3 in filemanager in hosting.
is there a manual way to upload (maybe uncompress) helix3 to install it??

Accepted Answermore info...ive changed the template folder name temporarily to get in...did all updates to final joomla3, sppagebuilder, helix shaper etc.... changed name back of template and made it default again.. same issue. ive read somewhere you have a patch for this or its the help file??

Accepted Answerand.....its fixed.
final step was clear cache on siteground hosting, turn off that stupid NGINX DIRECT DELIVERY which breaks everything...clear cache on website too...and ...working.
