Hello I tested and liked Easystore. As it is the first version, it is normal for there to be errors and missing features that will be resolved in updates.
However, I have some questions:
How can I set the tax rate on the product? How can I set more than one tax rate per country? If I want to list products with one tax rate and other products with another tax rate, how can I configure it?

Tax for products, indeed in v1.0.0 is not possible, but yes - it will be implemented in one of upcoming updates 1.0.2+.
Not only in your country, but also in EU, we have different taxes for different products groups like: food, books, or medical supplies etc.. So I keep that topic in my mind, and also waiting for implemenation.
