Hello,

Sorry to bother you but I was hoping that you could help me.

We have a site where we are unable to upload images into SPPB.

Could someone take a look for me please?

Many thanks

James

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

Is there any error appears there while uploading the image, please? Did you mean into SPPB media or any specific addon image upload issue?

Joomla admin access would be better to check it.

Best Regards

Hi Rashida,

If I edit a SPPB page, create a 'gallery' module and then try to upload in there, the image upload fails. It gets to 100% but the icon just keeps spinning and the file doesn't actually upload.

I am able to upload in the Joomla Media Manager though.

I have added the Joomla admin log in details.

Kind regards

I have the same issue. I'm using:

SP PageBuilder version 5.1.6 MySQL version 5.6.51 PHP version 8.2.11 Joomla version 4.3.3

When trying to load an image for slideshow, I get loading to 100% and an error message "Request Failed - Error 500"

The image loads into the Joomla media manager.

The integration of Pagebuilder Media manager and Joomla Media manager is very poor.

Hi James,

Please take my sincere apology for the delayed response.

You might forgot to share your admin URL, when shared the Joomla backend credentials. I need that to log in.

Best Regards
