Even though he already said after the first response that he doesn't have time to make a video, you sent the same answer again. This is really not helpful. Additionally, it seems you have now changed your second response, which makes it even more ridiculous.
i guess toto was also frustrated, 8 month ago, so he has not closed this Topic. Think about!
Your responses are often not helpful, and your team seems to develop things that don't meet our needs, as has been the case for the past 2-3 years. This is frustrating because I have given you so much money in the hope that you would learn from it! But go ahead. Pride comes before a fall.
