Hello,

I am working with SPPB pro 5.1.6 + Easystore 1.0.1 + ALLURA tpl 1.0.0 (quickstart) + Joomla 5

I tested too with Jewels (quickstart) and Joomla 4.4.0

On Easystore, when I select a quantity of product in the product page (single product) but also in quick add product popup, total price does not adjust according to the quantity number of products selected.

Hello Ofi khan,

No need to make a video and don't have time to do this.

It's really simple.

When you are on your single product page (no matter what product), you have the price for 1 quantity indicated to your product. If you select 2 products in "quantity", the indicated price is always for 1 product. It's not good. In single product page, the price doesn' t adjust according to the quantity number of product selected.

Your developper have forgotten to adapt the price depending the quantity of product desired in a single product page, like they have done when you check your cart and you want to modify a quantity number of product. In cart, price of product depending of the quantity mentionned.

This is the same problem in all your demo template with Easystore. Price have to be adapted depending the quantity everywhere when a customer add to cart a product with a quantity.

Thanks for your clarification. Developers have not forgot about this. This feature is purposefully not designed on single page. If you check Amazon, then you will find that this feature is not available on their site too.

However, opinions might differe but this is a good feedback. I will share it with the developer team for re-thinking. If they find it appropriate, then you might see it on the next release.

Hoping that someone will understand their role here and give some real support!

If there is any support, my question would be; Is there a way to specify the MINIMUM sales quantity of a product?

And no. I also don't have the time to make a cinematograph video to entertain you guys!

I think you should also read carefully. toto13 asked for a feature where in product details page price will be updated if we update the quantity. This feature is not developed and no common ecommerce platform uses this. Price is static on product details page and will always show for 1 quantity.

How to give in the MINIMUM Sell Quantity of a Product?

I think you want user to restrict buying a product to a specific quantity. For example, the user cannot buy a product on less than 2 pieces. He has to purchase minimum 2 quantity. If this is what you want, then we have no plans to implement this feature.

If this is not what you want, then explain (entertain) the issue properly.

I’m pretty frustrated with your responses. I understand that toto´s question was different from mine, but your both answers were very similar ;-):

Even though he already said after the first response that he doesn't have time to make a video, you sent the same answer again. This is really not helpful. Additionally, it seems you have now changed your second response, which makes it even more ridiculous.

i guess toto was also frustrated, 8 month ago, so he has not closed this Topic. Think about!

Your responses are often not helpful, and your team seems to develop things that don't meet our needs, as has been the case for the past 2-3 years. This is frustrating because I have given you so much money in the hope that you would learn from it! But go ahead. Pride comes before a fall.

Hi Atlas,

I am not frustrated. Ofi Khan said developers didn't forget this feature. So, Easystore was not the right product for my needs at this time. This feature was asked for a client of mine and I found an another way to get it : Wordpress + Woocommerce.

Now, when a customer ask me an e-commerce website, automatically Wordpress + Woocommerce to meet all special need.

Don't be frustrated, there are a lot way to get your goal.

im not.. but this is too stupid! Look at his reaction!

No one seems to care about reputation in this place anymore. Everything feels lost and hopeless. I truly don't expect much here anymore, but I will actively warn every newcomer!

There are so many unanswered or arrogantly ignored support inquiries, all handled with this exact mentality. It's appalling!
