Issue On Offcanvas Menu Since Migration To Joomal 4

Hi, I have an issue with the menu feature since I migrated my website to Joomla 4. It is about the off canvas menu "Off canvas menu La tribu". The offcanvas icon is displayed but when I click on it, the list of menus/pages does not appear on laptop nor mobile. Could you please help me to fix this issue? Thanks in advance

HI,

  1. "Pixel" is NOT our template, it only uses Helix plugin. In copyright/author there is web-komp.eu.
  2. Template Options doesn't work, so I cannot even check its settings.

You have 3 options:

  1. Contact with template developer - ask him for template update. Becuase that template was planned for J3 only, and now has problems in J4.4.
  2. Use different template, that is based on new Helix Ultimate 2.0.x code.
  3. Hire somebody that will fix/update your template code.
