hello JS, i downloaded the Quickstart Package of Allura Template to use for two eCommerce sites o2xtudio.com and chreea.com , i noticed the sites keeps giving me errors (pls see screenshot)

i also noticed sometimes the sites asked me to insert email and license key and i already have inserted the license key for my subscription (my subscription is still valid , it has not expired yet)

please help with resolution.

I appreciate you reaching out. I sincerely apologize for this oversight. Your menu item should be a products item type menu or please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue?

AFter installing the Quickstart, I notice the error below when i view the home page: *403 You don't have permission to access this. Please contact a website administrator if this is incorrect.

Hello Toufiq, i guess there is an issue with the Allura Template, it keeps poping up that same error . please check the quickstart template for bugs or something !

Hello Toufiq, please understand the complaint is not about the backend interface , there is an error observed at the front-end of the templates containing Easy-Store!

i have noticed the error with both Allura and Jewels Templates (quickstarts) please see screenshot in the link below:

the error attached above is from the site: https://o2xtudio.com/ , i used Jewels for this site after i noticed the error in Allura , i removed the Allura and re-Installed Jewels , unfortunately i noticed same error.

Secondly, the sites keeps asking for license key and email despite inserting my active license key and email. please see the screenshot in the link below for clarity:

i will appreciate if you guys quickly resolve these observed issues please.

That you are trying to explore from the front end that's not ready for the front end. Second issue checked on my end. But, no issue found about the license key. Thanks

Trying to explain that this URL front view isn't ready. Configuration (com_config) part exist only back end area.

I have the same problem with the template Kreativa (included also EasyStore). I have described the problem in my forum question --> Problem With EasyStore License Key - Template Kreativa. But nobody want to help me (no response from the support team now). The template cannot be used with this error. I paid a lot of money for the EasyStore license and expect that such very serious technical problems will be dealt with promptly. Uwe
