Image Upload Stuck At 100% / Error SQL Duplicate Column Name 'catid'

Version 3.8.10

I cannot upload images, it get stuck at 100%

I thought upgrading it to v5 would sort it but if I try to upgrade I get

Error SQL Duplicate column name 'catid'

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you try the following? Please keep a backup of your database. Then try to delete the column name 'catid' and then check.

You can also try this either:

  • Database backup
  • Uninstall every instances of SP Page Builder Pro
  • Install it again
  • Clear CMS and browser cache

OK thanks but those suggestions did not work. I will leave database login details below, could you have a look please?

I could not login to your database with your given credential:(

However, kindly enable the GD Library on your hosting server and then check again the image upload issue.
