I'm using the template 'cuisine' and i want to use the offcanvas position for a menu. But it is not working correctly. I don't see any dashes, but immediately the texts of my menu. I installed the quickstart of the template - I can't find my fault. When I look at the documentation on Joomshaper, it shows a completely different layout from Helix

I am now using a different template and someone else on this forum helped me with my problems that Joomshape could not answer.
A few weeks ago I gave you an username and password, but these were never used. A customer expects an answer within an acceptable time, but this is absolutely not the case with Joomshaper
