Easystore Problems With Card And Pay

Hello, I have some problems with easystore.

When items are added to the shopping cart, they appear much late. so you can add it again and it won't be displayed again. Then suddenly you have the item in your shopping cart several times. The same thing happens if you want to remove items from the shopping cart or delete them completely.

When I want to go to pay, nothing happens when I click on the button.

The prices in the shop are shown net, it would be nice if that were also visible. The customer will be surprised if the tax is only added when paying.

I would like payment on account as a payment method. so that the customer only pays when he has received the goods. or prepayment by bank transfer.

They are launching a shop system that obviously doesn't work. and when customers report problems, they don't pay attention to it at all for days. nothing, no answers for many days. Do you think your customers want to make money with the shop or are they buying it out of boredom! It would be nice if you would finally fix the problems!!!!!!
