Floox Template Crashes Without Home Item (sticky Menu)

Hi! Thanx a lot for your nice templates! I'm using the temaplate Floox. When I try to hide the menu item 'Home' the main menu crashes. While scrolling any page down all the main menu items moves down from his places.
