Hi Guys,

The latest Investa template update seems to have broken your labelling in the back end of the template manager.

We also updated the Investa template today and it turns out the same thing.

Are there any solutions?

Ok - that's very helpful however there are two major issues with this respose.

  1. There's no easy or intuitive way to download the Helix Ultimate 2.0.18+ update - where can this be found?
  2. The instructions for the language file do not give any indication of where these files reside - if someone isn't familiar with how Helix is set up - this would mean spending inordinate amounts of time going through folders trying to figure out where this file lives?

Could you please either provide a link or let us know where we can download the Helix Ultimate 2.0.18+ update - or supply the file paths of the files that need overriding?

This is still an ongoing issue - even with the 2.0.18 update

Any ideas on how to fix this as it's pretty confusing for clients.

Dear support team We have been customers of Joomshaper for over 7 years now and have noticed again and again that templates are insufficiently tested and that this results in considerable additional work during installation and setup. We are also of the opinion that the support team should act much more quickly here and not not be heard from for hours on end as is now the case with the Investa template. This is extremely annoying for all customers and should simply not happen in this form. In the end, these incidents force us to look around for alternative template providers - which we don't really want to do. Please find a quick solution to this problem! Thank you very much

This time issue was for New Joomla version change, actually not caused by any of our products. An the following doc should be enough for explaining this and the solution. You can check here:

happen to me too .. i rewrite by hands all missing string ... i'm asking why i pay for joomsharper license ... every time i need a fast working pruduct like template or component i find always problems , guy don't waste money with them is a very poor items here
