Update Problems Sppagebuilde / Template

Hello after a update my website does not function anymore. I got a 500 error. php message sppagebuilder/editor/helper/addonsHelper.php failed to open no suche file failed to open stream. No suche file or directory etc etc. php is 8.1 page builder is 4.011 Joomla is 4.3.3 template is Helix ultimate the last version

HI Peter,

Update SP Page Builder, We don't support version 4.0.x anymore! It just transitional version only.

You should download and install SPPB Pro 5.2.x to make sure that only New & Current code is used.

Download from: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension

PLUS Joomla update, but you that ;)

I have all updated and every thing went fine. The last 2 times i updated the website does not function any more. Strange thing is i did every thing equal this update and now every thing is fine. Sorry for my question!! Thanks

But you wrote "page builder is 4.011" so what version you really have there? not 5.2.2?

Sorry Paul, after the update to PB 5.2.2 i don't no anymore what version i had... I thought 4.1xx i but i don't remember anymore for sure... Do i have to set the above examples error reporting and debug system to "ON" ?
