System Editor And The Unavailable Apply Button

Hello,

on a laptop with 1920 x 1080 resolution I can't click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the window in the system editor, I have to press the tab key until the focus lands on the button, then the window jumps up and I can click the button - on a monitor with a larger height I have no problem - can I change that, it's uncomfortable!
