Please help me, I wish to know how to disable the drag-and-drop live editing system of SP Page Builder. Thanks

Thanks for contacting us. If you have SPPB Pro 5.x go to Settings > Advanced > Frontend Editing: Off > Save Changes.
Then all webmasters of that site can use back-end editor only.
go first to Pages list in admin area, then on left menu you will find Settings, then Scroll Down. View from SPPB 5.1.3.

BTW
The "Edit Page" front-end editor button may appears because you are logged in as a Super User. In all other cases it should not appear.
