Drag & Drop Image In Page Builder Not Work

Hi, on all our websites where Page Builder is installed (since version 5.3.6) the "drop files to upload" does not work. We tried with different browsers, but to upload the files it is necessary to use the upload button. Do you have any suggestions?

I have discussed the matter with our developer, and I am pleased to inform you that the issue has been resolved and will be included in the next SP Page Builder update, which will be released shortly. I have also tested the beta version of the SP Page Builder on a backup site of your website locally, and everything is functioning perfectly.

Accepted AnswerHi, thanks for the reply. I probably explained myself badly. All our websites use the latest version 5.3.8.
The problem with uploading images from PageBuilder, where drag & drop does not work, has been going on since before, we are sure at least since 5.3.6.
If necessary, I can show a video where the dragging of files is highlighted, when they are dropped in the upload box, the window remains fixed and nothing happens. We have to close the window, reopen it and use the upload function via browse.

Accepted AnswerHi, I waited for the Page Builder update, I updated the website to the latest version, but unfortunately the problem was not solved. I cleaned the website cache and nothing, drag & drop does not work.
I also looked in the release notes, and I see no mention of a fix for this issue.
