Hi,

I have to frequently login to administrator which is understable but still after login to the backend why do I have to login when I need to edit page with Frontend editor? It is too frequent and annoying.

How to disable to this frontend editor login while I am already logged in to the administrator?

Thank you.

Regards,

Rahi

Yes, it's how shared session works, you are logged overywhere.

So it's totally OK. I mostly use back-end editor, but that's my private habit :)

Hi Rahi,

It's how Joomla works by default, but in Joomla Global Configuration > System > Shared Sessions: On (read in J! help what it does). But this basic switch should help you.

BTW

In SPPB Settings you can also disable front-end editor, if you don't use it.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have "On" the shared session. So now I won't get login window when I click on "Edit with Frontend Editor".

I mostly use Fronend Editor so I need it.

This time we used only Joomla setting, nothing fancy or complicated ;)

Have a good day.
