Hamberger Menu Not Working

Merry Christmas all.

I’m working on this site.

https://heathkitcatalogs.com/mm4/index.php

It is a migrated Joomla 3 to Joomla 4.

The menu works perfectly on Joomla 3.

https://heathkitcatalogs.com

As you can see the menu works perfectly on a PC but when you go to mobile it doesn’t work on 1950, or 1960.

What could be the issue?

Thank you!

Joe

Joe, so 1950, or 1960 is not screen resolution, but menu items names... now is all clear ;p

Solution to fix your problem is very easy, few clicks:

Please switch menu items types from Heading to URL

1950 and 1960 - must be URL menu item type, with # used as link. Then it will be OK. Don't ask why, but that's the way it's supposed to be. Read the "note box" >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/menu-navigation#documentation-heading-3

I hope all is clear now. Thanks for video, helped a lot :))

.... you go to mobile it doesn’t work on 1950, or 1960.

Which smartphone has resolution 1960px - or I missed something, opss !? Or You got a phone from Aliens, Zone 51 ;)

I tested your J4 site on Android phone, I know it's not iPhone, but I was able to see [=] icon and worked.
I wanted to help you, but I admit I don't know how. I need more evidences & details.

Merry Christmas :)
