Hello:

I'm not sure if I chose the correct category. If not, I apologize...

I'm tring to create my own 404 Page, and I followed the instructions, but I'm getting an error saying the browser cant open the page. I've tried everything I can to my knowledge but can't seem to figure it out. I've done it before with my old site, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi Mike, I will add two things:

  1. We planned to improve error page support in of of upcoming Helix Ultimate updates
  2. If you would use Helix Ultimate there is extra module position "404" that allows to pubish any module on the error page.

Concretely now how do we do it? I created a module with SPBuilder but it is not displayed as expected, also the redirect links are inactive...
