So i have paid for a full subscription and would like to upgrade some of my sites that use V3.8.10 this should be possible i assume?

I have downloaded the latest version of SP Page Builder : 5.2.4 and tried to install it over the old installation, each time i try it i get an error:

/home/mydomain/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php81/root/usr/share/pear')

The admin is still accessible but the front end just shows this error so i have no choice but to restore the site.

Is there another way to install the upgrade or should it be done in increments?
