Database Error

Hello,
I upgraded to 3.7.9, I have MySQL version 5.7.32-35, PHP version 7.3.27. I am getting this error:
Database update required
SP Page Builder has been updated. To keep things running smoothly, we need to update your database. We strongly recommend you to take a backup in case anything goes wrong. Table
__sppagebuilder_integrations
Mismatch found on the field: title, expected default value: '', found: n/a
Also, when I try to edit the home page it is editing a different page.
I set SP Page Builder back to 3.7.4 and am not getting the error, but when I preview or edit the home page from the backend it takes me to a different page.
