Hello, it has been 4 days since I opened this ticket. Will someone please take a look at this. It is happening on mulitple site. I attempted to replace the picture using your editor and I am getting the same result. the images are not saving. the image url disappears after inserting the image and updating and saving.

How do I escalate this ticket.

I'm sorry, but it did not work. The images sometimes show and then don't show again. When I go back into the editor the url is missing and I reselect the image and update. Sometimes it will show when save and preview and the next time i edit the page, the image disappears again (url to the image is empty). This is happening on multiple sites of mine, some of which are live, so this is a problem for my customers.

When you resolve this, please tell me how to fix it, so I can go back to my other sites and correct the problem.

Its very strange, I noticed that I replaced the picture but the code with the data_src is leaving the old image.

I updated my JCE editor, went back into pagebuilder article and reselected the image and removed the incorrect code. I would have thought when I deleted an image and added a new one, the old code would be removed. I've never had that happen before.

For now, the image is showing. I'm going to my other sites and fixing the images, but I would like to keep this ticket open until i am sure that there is no more issues.

Very strange

It was still not showing and code was inserted. i finally deleted the image, replaced the image and modified the code manually instead of using jce to set padding, etc.

Now it is showing. I guess i will have to check all the code. When it happens again, I will copy the code from jce and share it with you.
